We had a fantastic stay at Patumwan House! the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the amazing room set up. the staff were great and always ready to help. We also appreciated the daily supply of new bottles of water and the beds being made. the location was perfect, within a 5-minute walk to popular shopping centers like MBK, Siam Square, and Paragon. the hotel was also conveniently close to the BTS sky train, making it easy to explore the city. we felt safe, enjoyed the great customer service, and loved the proximity to shopping and transportation.

The staff was not friendly or approachable. They were unwilling to help us get around the city or to give tips about good spots to explore.
