Phannarai House in Lamai Beach was an amazing stay. Super clean room with comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. Great location near the beach, supermarkets, and local food market. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax. Golf, the owner, was incredibly sweet and helpful. Highly recommended.

Can't fault anything about it.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. the pool area was a nice spot to relax. Location was good, close to the beach and restaurants.

The service was lacking, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs. They did not go out of their way to make our stay special or offer any recommendations for activities.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is right in the center of Lamai. This means that there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, it is located right on the walking street market, allowing guests to easily immerse themselves in the local culture.

One negative aspect is that the pool could have been cleaner. However, this did not deter us from enjoying it.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy and modern room in a great neighborhood. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, with the beach and Sunday market just a short walk away. The owner was incredibly helpful and easy to reach, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Koh Samui.

We cannot recommend this place enough. Our host, Golf, was lovely, kind, and very helpful. She made sure we had a fantastic stay and even allowed us to check in early. The room had everything we needed and more, including a pool that we had all to ourselves every day. The location was perfect, being close to shops, restaurants, and various activities. Golf also helped us book tours easily, making our stay even more enjoyable.
