The beach at Phi Phi The Beach Resort- Sha Certified was absolutely stunning. The crystal clear waters and soft white sand made for the perfect relaxation spot. The view from my room was breathtaking, I could see the beautiful ocean right from my balcony. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from Tonsai Pier was convenient and made transportation hassle-free. The air-conditioned room was a welcome relief from the heat, and the free mini bar stocked with refreshing non-alcoholic drinks was a nice touch. The staff at the bar/restaurant were friendly and attentive, and the food served was delicious. I also enjoyed the variety of massages available along the beach, which helped me unwind after a long day of exploring. We stayed at this incredible resort on Long Beach for a week. The room had breathtaking views, and the location was perfect - peaceful but still accessible to the bustling parts of the island through a short boat ride. The staff were extremely helpful, always available to give us a ride to our room or collect us when needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The beach was stunning, with crystal clear waters and colorful fish swimming by. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our month-long trip in Thailand, and we can't wait to return.

We stayed at a resort in a calm area, on a hill which had a fairly steep incline. Although it was a bit far from the market, we didn't mind the walk up some serious hills. The room was lovely, with a partial sea view, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the guys on the golf carts. We enjoyed the Thai massage and the nice Snorkeling opportunity on the beach.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The grand deluxe sea view room I booked was exactly what I expected and totally worth the extra money. The room was amazing and the view over the sea was breathtaking. The restaurant also had a great atmosphere with its seafront location and a relaxed vibe. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offered free beach towels and the fridge in my room was stocked with complimentary items. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
