The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in the heart of a beautiful area. The surroundings and the pools with thermal waterfalls were a delight and provided a unique experience. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist and resolve any concerns we had. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed a variety of quality and abundant food options.

The facilities at the hotel appeared old and tired. They were in need of renovation and updating.

The views from my room were absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed waking up to such natural beauty every day. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hot relaxing pool was a dream, and the spa area with the beautiful hot spring looked incredible, even though I didn't have time to visit it. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service.

The hot springs pools and baths were a perfect way to relax, and the massage therapy provided was top-notch. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful surroundings and the delicious food and drinks offered. we highly recommend this hotel for a truly rejuvenating experience.
