The swimming pool was fantastic and the service was top-notch. The beach was just across the road, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand. We also loved the proximity to popular attractions like Bangla Road and the local market. The availability of tuk tuks in front of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the area. The daily live band performances in the lobby and at the Belgian cafe added a lively atmosphere to our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a comfortable internet center with cozy couches where we could relax and read. The option of bag wrapping was also a thoughtful touch, ensuring the safety of our belongings. With all of these amenities, our experience at Phuket Graceland Resort And Spa - Sha Extra Plus truly made us feel alive and satisfied.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right across the street from the beach. It is also centrally located, making it easily accessible to everything while still being in a quiet area. The hotel facilities are impressive, with multiple large pools that we thoroughly enjoyed, especially the pool access area from our room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great variety of options for both adults and children. The staff was friendly and accommodating. we had a wonderful and memorable experience.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a pool-facing room during my stay at Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed spending my mornings relaxing by the pool with a delicious breakfast buffet spread. The location was also convenient, with shopping and nightlife just a short walk along the beach. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. the location of the resort was superb, close to all the shopping spots and exciting venues. I spent most of my time lounging by the three huge pools with lots of fun activities.

The spread for breakfast was average, and I didn't appreciate the fact that they charged for keeping luggage for extra hours. the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a bit of a letdown - not only was it expensive, but the quality of the food was not impressive.
