the automated check-in process was an absolute disaster, took 30 mins! the staff insisted we didn’t pay for our second room, just unbelievable, and I never even got an apology! plus, no early check-in with my busy schedule? i almost gave a good review, but this place had the ambiance of a badly run fast food joint.

The shuttle service was a complete disaster. We waited for over an hour only to find out it didn't operate during the day. The room was ridiculously small and the check-in process was frustrating, with machines that struggled to recognize our multi-name passport. I expected more ease, but even the check-in assistance was inadequate.

Had an awesome group trip! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Make sure to check out the robot receptionist – it's a fun twist. We also explored Akihabara Electric Town and the Tatsumi International Swimming Center, both were great! The shuttle to the airport was super convenient too, although the times were a bit limited.

The only downside was the check-in process. the machine struggled with my multi-name passport. It was a little frustrating but not a dealbreaker.

the breakfast had awesome indian curry , various meat choices , and a cool salad bar. staff were super friendly and helpful. great location near haneda airport with shuttle service starting at 345am. loved the freshening cloth cabinet in the room.
