Wow, Pimalai Resort & Spa is absolutely incredible! The staff are amazing and the service is top-notch. They really go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The facilities are 5-star and the attention to detail is outstanding. They provide everything you could possibly need, from beach bags to complimentary iced water by the pool and beach. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a private beach backed by lush forest. The food is excellent, although a bit pricey for Thailand, but you can always venture down the beach for more affordable options. The snorkeling trip to Koh Haa is a must-do, and the resort even has a car rental service if you want to explore the island. an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with the rooms and pool being very clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful lobby to the amazing spa services and settings. The location was also amazing, offering a peaceful and uncrowded beach experience compared to the crowded beaches of mainland Krabi. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay.

The check, in process was quick and the staff provided a warm and friendly welcome. the room was spacious and well, equipped, with a comfortable bed and a well, stocked mini bar. the beach area was stunning and the private sun beds were a nice touch. the complimentary water and snacks in the room were a pleasant surprise.

The pool area was overcrowded and there weren't enough sun beds available, leading to some frustration and early morning battles for chairs. It was especially difficult for families with small children or elderly guests who needed shaded areas.
