The staff were attentive and read their guests well. Check-in and out were easy and efficient. The room was immaculate, convenient, and very user-friendly. The restaurants had a great variety of food and the room service menu was excellent. The location was amazing, with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was on point, and the pool area and lobby provided relaxation spots. a great experience.

The staff at this hotel are lovely and helpful. They even upgraded our room. The location is great, with a short walk to the train station and a central location for our needs. It's also a short drive to Siam shopping centres. The rooms are very clean and don't have any chemical smells. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the room service food is of great quality and delicious. The hotel has a printing service at reception, which is very convenient. The swimming pool is amazing and just like shown in the app.

We had a wonderful vacation at Pullman Bangkok King Power. The staff, particularly reception's Nutty, provided exceptional service and took care of all our needs. The comfortable rooms, great breakfast with many options, and proximity to Victory Monument BTS station made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch. We also appreciated the late checkout they granted us. we highly recommend this 5-star hotel.

Great location near office, transport, restaurants, and bars. Clean hotel with amazing staff. Small details like Nemo in the bath and a yoga mat in the room made it feel like home.

Had a great xmas experience! the staff was super friendly and upgraded our room for free! the room was huge and clean, with comfy beds. the location was convenient, with a 10, 15 min walk to the BTS station and 7, 11 stores nearby for midnight snacks. the highlight was the delicious seafood buffet, with a 40% discount for hotel guests. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel lacked personality and felt like a generic business hotel. the check, in process was lengthy and inefficient.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to the Airport train line and just across the King Power Duty Free shopping mall. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.

Adjacent to a non-duty paid shopping mall, providing a hassle-free shopping experience. Clean rooms, and the possibility of a free room upgrade adds to the comfortable stay.

The service and staff attention at the hotel were top-notch. the team at the executive floor, especially Mr Wut and Miss Music, were friendly and helpful. the front office, led by Miss Nan Karaked, provided excellent attention and assistance. the bell boys and swimming pool attendants were always available to help and make my stay comfortable.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about my stay. the hot meal breakfast choices were sometimes served cold, which was disappointing.

Had a fantastic Easter break at a hotel that exceeded all our expectations. the staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us; we especially appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon and evening. the location was perfect for exploring the city and all it has to offer. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a rooftop pool where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views.

This was a minor inconvenience in comparison to the wonderful experience we had overall.

the service was exceptional, especially at the spa and wellness centre where we enjoyed a full body massage. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and the sun terrace was a perfect place to relax.

Although the hotel is in a great location, we encountered some noise from the hallway.

Absolutely loved our stay at Pullman! We were in Bangkok for a quick two-day trip and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast, coffee, and dinner were amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with special requests and always with a smile. The pool on the 4th floor was a great place to relax. The hotel's location near two metro stations made it convenient for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend!
