The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. The view from the hotel room was impressive and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool is also clean and well-maintained.

The location is terrible! The hotel is too far from the main city, making it difficult to get around. The shuttle service that the hotel provides had limited hours and there were no taxis nearby. The hotel was also not decorated for Christmas which was quite disappointing.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The service was excellent and the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, sauna and Jacuzzi were truly relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas had a stunning view of the garden area. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. The restaurant provided great in-room breakfast as well as poolside snack bar. The bar/lounge area was also a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink.

One minor issue I faced was the location, as the venue was situated on a steep hill it was a little tricky to access the hotel, but the shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient and prompt. this hotel was an amazing experience.

We got a lot of value for our money at Quinta Mirabela - Design. The room was comfortable and had stunning views of the city. The location was great, not too far from town but still peaceful. The staff treated us like family, always helpful and friendly.

The breakfast option could have had more variety.

The restaurant serves a mix of local specialties like tuna steak and codfish with passion fruit pudding. The panoramic terrace is perfect for enjoying the Madeiran and international cuisine. The gym is modern and well-equipped.

The bed felt like a rock, sleeping on it was an unforgettable experience.

Great value for money with a sparkling clean, boutique hotel in a quiet area. The location away from the old town was an advantage, providing a peaceful atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by making a special birthday cake for me. The spa was well equipped and the hotel had fabulous views, especially for watching the toboggan run.

The breakfast menu could be improved by adding vegetables for a more diverse selection.
