We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The pool lanai room with direct pool access was perfect for our family, especially with two kids who are avid swimmers. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious food that exceeded all expectations. The beach bar area was a fantastic spot for us to relax in the afternoon, and having a beautiful beach just steps away was truly amazing.

Comfortable room with sea view and lounge access. Convenient location with plenty of dining options, massages, and hawker stalls within walking distance. Good service from staff, despite limited English communication. Hotel staff were cooperative and dedicated, making our family stay exceptional. Poolside bar staff were great, although the room showed some signs of wear.

We were impressed by the clean and inviting pool area with a great beach club vibe. The location was convenient, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Good value for money. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Everything was fantastic.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the Sunset Lounge staff. The gym and the room with the punching bags were great amenities. The free shuttle service was convenient, but make sure to book early. The location was good and there were plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.

The beachfront location is stunning, with beautiful sunsets. The pools are massive, with plenty of seating and cabanas. Service is exceptional and staff are welcoming and professional. Food is impressive, especially breakfast. The rooms are fun and comfortable with great rain showers.

The complimentary breakfast was good and the rooftop bar was a nice spot for drinks. the location was convenient to major attractions and transportation. They offered a complimentary shuttle to the city center which was great.

The hotel was quite run down and outdated. the rooms were dirty and smelled stale.

Located on a beautiful sandy beach with seating both up on an upper level and down by the beach. The rooms are spacious, cozy and have all the necessary facilities. The breakfast spread is good quality with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel seems to have poor service issues, with long check-in wait times and staff that are slow to respond to guests' requests.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the service we received was exceptional, with helpful and attentive staff providing personalized attention. We enjoyed a rejuvenating massage at the spa centre followed by a relaxing time at the beautiful swimming pool. In room breakfast was the perfect start to our day, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also advantageous, with easy access to the beach and stunning views from our room. Cons: the poolside snack bar was under construction during our stay, which limited the view. this did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.
