pullman phuket panwa beach resort was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was clean and had great facilities, especially the fitness center and sauna. the room with a sea view was amazing, even though the sea wasn't the best. the staff were friendly and exceeded our expectations.

The facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I especially appreciated the tranquil atmosphere in the quieter area of Phuket. The nearby local bars and restaurants provided excellent dining options within walking distance. The convenience of having a 7/11 across the road allowed for easy access to snacks while lounging by the pool. The abundance of massage and holistic treatments in the area made relaxation effortless. Exploring the small shingle beach in the evening was a unique and enjoyable experience, with locals setting up street food carts offering a variety of delicious cuisine. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere and direct access to the beach made it ideal for families. The kids' program provided entertainment and peace of mind for parents. I highly recommend Pullman for a luxurious and tranquil retreat.

Although the breakfast had a limited choice, it was still satisfactory. There was a minor mix-up during check-in when we were initially given a different room than the one we had paid for.

The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds, and there were two on-site restaurants that served delicious food. The breakfast had a wide variety of options for all tastes. The hotel offered free yoga sessions and a shuttle to a high-end shopping mall, which was worth visiting for its amazing food court. Additionally, there were some nice restaurants across the road from the hotel if we wanted to venture out at night as friends.

The luxurious amenities and exclusive service provided here were exceptional. From the spa facilities to the infinity pool with a stunning view, everything was top-notch. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The beach access was convenient and the outdoor dining area was fabulous. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a lot of special diet menus.

Although everything was perfect, one minor issue was a lack of live entertainment. Otherwise, this hotel is definitely worth every penny.

Nothing could have been better.

Enjoyed the complementary welcome drink and the free shuttle to the local town. The location was near the beach and had a great view. We also liked the convenience of the in-room amenities.

The food options were limited, and the quality was not up to par. The staff was not very organized and did not respond quickly to our requests.

In the morning, the sound of cutlery clattering and dishes clinking at breakfast made me rise with the dawn. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with an infinity pool and beach access. I loved exploring the beach during low tide and seeing starfish on the ground - a surreal experience. The Thai food at breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Being far from the city, it was a very relaxed and peaceful location. I enjoyed renting a bike and going to the nearby convenience store for snacks. The lack of traffic was a refreshing change, and riding around was a great experience.
