I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The hotel is located right by the sea and is a short distance from the city center. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent facilities, including parking and transportation options, were impressive.

Not obvious to find at first, however, it was worth it.

As young families, we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The relaxed atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the spacious rooms provided plenty of space for our little ones. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, and we appreciated the beautiful view of the sea from the breakfast room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an overall enjoyable stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The staff and management were responsive and accommodating, upgrading us to a larger room with a sea view. The hotel is located close to the beach and offers a beautiful view. The shuttle service and easy accessibility to the town make it a convenient choice. Despite a few initial issues, the hotel met our expectations.

Great place, worth the visit! The location is perfect, with beautiful views of the sea. The breakfast was delicious and included in the package. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay feel more comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary drink on arrival and the lovely pool area.

There were a few negatives. The noise from the hallway could be heard in our room, which was sometimes distracting.

We enjoyed the hotel's location by the water, waking up to a beautiful view in the morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was delicious. My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, and I particularly loved the pool, which made my 12-year-old really happy. The breakfast spread was very good, especially the delicious croissants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free shuttle service to town. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring this city and other tourist attractions on the East Coast of Sicily. I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Catania and had a great experience. The Sheraton hotel was fantastic, with excellent amenities such as a good coffee, a nice pool, and a good treadmill in the gym. The staff were polite and helpful, and they were quick to address any issues that arose. The hotel was also conveniently located near the sea and within walking distance of the beautiful Aci Castello. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the restaurant da baffo across the road, which was absolutely fabulous. We ate there almost every day and loved it.

We loved the location of this place, it’s at a quiet area with quite easy access to the city by shuttle bus or public transportation. The staff is excellent, providing the best service possible. The room amenities are ideal. The restaurant is wonderful and has amazing food.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a comfortable place with magnificent services and amenities, making their stay here a memorable one.

The hotel is located in a suburb with no nearby village shops, but it is very close to the Castle in Aci Castello which is an amazing place that most of Catania tourists don't even know of. It is also close to the city center and in front of the ocean, offering beautiful views. The rooms are nice and some are bigger than others. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the breakfast has a variety of options including croissants, cheese, ham, almond sorbet, and eggs.

One negative aspect is that the air conditioning in some rooms may not work properly, as reported by a previous guest.

Good lunch and dinner options. Late checkout till 12. Pool with sea access. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with sparkling wine and Sicilian specialties. Good location for visiting Etna. Fast room service with delicious food.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the beach and it was truly a great experience. The location was ideal, as it was close enough to the city for dinner escapades, but also offered the chance to relax by the clear Ionian sea. Although the beach in that area is not sandy, the hotel had a lovely pool with a view of the sea. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff were always helpful. Plus, the hotel had great facilities, such as a restaurant with reasonable prices and a pool and beach access included in the stay.

I did notice that some of the staff had difficulty speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Catania and I must say, I had a great experience! The location of the hotel was excellent, just meters away from the sea and only a few minutes drive from Downtown Catania. It was so convenient to have the beach within walking distance and the hotel even provided sun-chairs near the swimming pool for ultimate relaxation. The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was safe and had a 24-hour reception for any assistance I needed.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We loved the clean and spacious room, with excellent AC. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely pool and easy access to the sea. The location near the sea was fantastic for morning walks and enjoying local restaurants.

The rooms have a balcony and air conditioning. Ensuite is spacious. Received a gift after waiting for room. Bed is comfy. Reception staff is helpful.
