The rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views of the city skyline. the staff, especially Khun Joe, were polite and kind, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. the executive lounge on the top floor offered delicious gourmet food and premium drinks, and the breakfast at the 27 Bites Restaurant was a culinary delight with a variety of food stations. the Indian station had the most scrumptious dishes, cooked by the hospitable Khun Mukesm.

The biggest downside was the cigarette smell, which was quite overwhelming for a non-smoker like me. the ventilation system in the hotel seemed to be a problem, as the smoke would drift into the rooms through the bathroom vent.
