The location was fantastic, making it easy to access nearby attractions, and the breakfast by the beach was delightful with fresh options daily. The room was spacious and included a firm bed, ensuring a comfortable sleep. However, the jacuzzi was underwhelming compared to the pictures, and the beach chairs weren't monitored, leading to occasional frustrations. Despite having a few minor issues, like inconsistent cleanliness in some areas, the relaxing atmosphere and stunning views made the experience enjoyable.

Stunning beach views from the pool area were amazing!

Our room was quite dark and dated, which really didn't meet our expectations. Despite the large layout, the mosquito problem from the door seal was frustrating. we constantly had to spray to keep them out. The breakfast buffet was lackluster, with poor options that didn't entice us to return after the first couple of days.

Request a room closer to the beach for stunning views and easy access to the water, especially at sunrise.

i almost thought this resort would be a dream come true, but alas, the housekeeping completely ignored cleaning our bathroom for 8 days. and lets not even talk about the power cuts and weak outdoor showers that seem to invite neighbors to peek in. no special welcome gift either—i mean seriously, who do they think they are?

I loved waking up to the sound of waves and the daily fresh fruit delivery! The staff was attentive, and the views from our suite were simply breathtaking, with monkeys frolicking nearby.

However, the air conditioning occasionally blew right on the bed, making it hard to sleep comfortably, and it was a struggle to enjoy the pool on some days due to high chlorine levels.

I had an amazing 13 nights at this resort, enjoying complimentary snacks daily and relaxing by the stunning infinity pool overlooking the beach. The spa and pool area were great spots to unwind after a day of exploring.
