I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location on the west coast of Railay was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the bay right across from the beach. The service here was fantastic, with the staff providing excellent customer service. They were always friendly, polite, and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities provided. this place offered a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Although there were a few minor hiccups during my stay, I would still highly recommend this hotel to families. The service, despite some haphazard moments, was generally top-notch and the staff always tried to provide that extra special touch.

The pools at Railay Bay Resort & Spa-Sha Extra Plus were a lifesaver during a rainy day. We enjoyed the warm pool and were able to swim even when it was pouring outside. The hotel's airport pick-up and transportation arrangements were incredibly convenient, especially in heavy rain. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to both the east and west coasts of Railay. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the wifi worked well.

The view from the pool area and beach was absolutely stunning. The staff was amazing - very kind, attentive, and efficient. Private transportation booked through the hotel was a great value.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at a private cottage with a spacious room for our family of four. The location is perfect for exploring Railay Beach, and the breakfast offered a lot of choices. Although the pool chairs were limited, we didn't mind as we preferred swimming in the clear beach water. we highly recommend this resort for a great stay.

The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Unfortunately, during our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which resulted in some noise disturbance.

We got great value for our money at Railay Bay Resort & Spa-Sha Extra Plus. The room was absolutely beautiful, with an outdoor hot tub, a pond with swimming fish, and a private garden. The location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from Railay west. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even greeting us with a cold drink and carrying our bags to our room. a fantastic experience.

The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved the vibe of Railay and the cheap and delicious food options on Walking Street. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay on the beach. the accommodation was lovely, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and our own private pool. the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a great range of options for dinner. We were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who resolved any issues quickly and even offered us a complimentary drink upon arrival. Being able to watch the stunning sunset from our room was the absolute highlight of our trip.

Although the location was fantastic for relaxing on the beach, the public areas were often crowded which detracted from the peaceful atmosphere.
