Excellent valet parking and door staff. Surrounding area filled with fancy restaurants. Luxurious and nice accommodations with clean and comfortable facilities.

The poolside service was slow and the food was not up to par. some of the front desk staff could use improvement in their customer service skills.

In terms of location, it was conveniently situated in an excellent area.

While most staff provided exceptional service, the reception desk team could have been better prepared during check-in. This minor issue caused the process to take longer than expected.
