Friendly staff, great breakfast selection, spacious room, comfortable bed. Peaceful resort-like atmosphere despite busy location.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, and the food was pretty good as well. We also appreciated the complementary shuttle service to the nearby shopping district. the pool was a nice place to relax and the gardens were well-maintained.

The service left something to be desired during our romantic escape. the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and we had difficulty communicating with them due to a language barrier.

We had a great experience at Rama Gardens Hotel - Sha Plus Certified. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a large bathroom. The hotel staff, particularly the bell captain and service staff, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelette, was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near Don Mueang Airport, and the pool area was nice. The new building part of the hotel provided a quiet breakfast experience. Despite not much renovation over the years, the hotel still felt like home and the newer rooms are highly recommended.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs, offering exclusive amenities such as a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, massage, and beauty treatments. the sun terrace and garden area provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.

The service didn't match the high standards of the hotel. I experienced a minor issue when calling room service for food and had to walk down to order due to difficulty connecting.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage direkt neben der U-Bahnstation war sehr praktisch und wir konnten problemlos die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erreichen. Insgesamt waren wir umgeben von vielen Einkaufszentren, was das Einkaufen sehr bequem machte. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls groß und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Wir genossen außerdem den atemberaubenden Blick von unserem Zimmer auf die Stadt.

Bedauerlicherweise war das Frühstückskaffee nicht gut und wurde oft nachgeschenkt.
