The staff were polite, friendly, and spoke understandable English. We also appreciated the hotel's green approach, as they provided free drinking water for our canteen.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is just a short walk to Terminal21 and other popular tourist spots. It is also convenient to get to the airport with the nearby Sky Train and Metro. Additionally, there are plenty of great restaurants in the area to choose from.

The Wi-Fi in the hotel is slow and disconnects frequently.

During my Christmas vacation, I found a budget hotel with two marvelous complementary services. Its location was amazing as it was only a two minutes' walk from the metro station and a big terminal mall. the third advantage I enjoyed was a big, comfortable shower.

My room was very small, with no space to keep my bag. There was no fridge, no wardrobe, and no chair.

Best aspects of my stay were the convenient location and helpful staff. the hotel is situated just a short walk from the BTS station and Terminal 21 mall, making it easy to explore the city. the staff went above and beyond to assist me when I was running late for my international flight, even helping me with currency exchange.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of amenities and maintenance issues. There was no kettle in the room and I had to buy drinking water from the reception.
