Spent my easter break at a family-friendly hotel that exceeded my expectations. the staff were super friendly and ready to help. My kids enjoyed the complimentary beach toys and pool access. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the shuttle service was convenient.

Although the hotel was great, the room service could have been more prompt. the pool water was not very clear and might need some maintenance.

"Sea view" rooms in high-rise section. "Deluxe Balcony" rooms close to sea. Wonderful balcony. Two large pools. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Clean baby cot. Upgrade to sea view room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning swimming pool at Renaissance. The different zones and layers made it a truly idyllic setting to relax and unwind. The bar by the beach was also a highlight, offering beautiful views and a great atmosphere. The check-in and check-out staff were attentive and ensured a smooth process. Additionally, the spacious rooms provided plenty of space to make ourselves comfortable. we had a pleasant stay at Renaissance and would recommend it to others.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious facilities at this hotel are truly remarkable. the service is first-class, and the outdoor swimming pool is exceptional, with a saltwater pool and beach access. the spa centre is impressive, and we enjoyed the full body massage and steam room, whilst the spa lounge was a relaxing place to unwind. the Garden area and sun terrace were fabulous locations to relax, and we also appreciated the private facilities available.

Our only minor issue was the packed lunches which could have been a little more diverse. we found this hotel to be a wonderful venue with great facilities and services.

The service is top-notch, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying different tastes. the hotel provides a great opportunity for families, particularly for seniors to enjoy the beach and experience a relaxing vacation.

One minor downside is that some breakfast items seem to be frozen, causing a slight decrease in quality.
