The staff were extremely helpful. They recommended some great tours and arranged transportation for us which fit our busy schedule. the rooms were cozy and very nice, with lovely wooden decor. we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of baked goods to choose from. We appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions, as it was only a short walk away from the temples and restaurants.

The location of the hotel could be better. It was situated a little far from the night markets and restaurant areas.

Our stay at Rich Garden House was absolutely delightful! The secluded garden location provided a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of Chiang Mai. The beautiful decor and woodwork added to the charm of the hotel. The spacious room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Rich Garden House for a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai.
