We were pleasantly surprised by Romance Hotel Sukhumvit 97. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape from the city heat, and the views were absolutely stunning. Despite being located a bit outside of the main city areas, the nearby Bang Chak BTS station made it easy for us to explore. Plus, there were plenty of street food options right by the hotel, allowing us to indulge in the local culinary delights. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The rooftop pool and gym were amazing, and so was the stunning view from the terrace. I loved the convenient location just a short walk from the Bang Chak BTS station. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff always helpful. I had a wonderful stay at a great price.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but less than a 5 minute walk to the BTS which can take you into central Bangkok in no time at all. There are some great locally sourced street food vendors nearby. The hotel is also close to a shopping mall and has a rooftop pool with a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the hotel may require maintenance.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, but it would be great to have a bar or vending machine nearby for convenience. The vintage car service to the nearest train station was a nice touch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was very close to the BTS station and there was a 7/11 nearby. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the best parts was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices and the food was delicious.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with basic amenities and rooms that have a very comfy bed. The location might seem odd in a dark alley, but it's close to the public transport so you can get around the city easily. The breakfast was included and had a free coffee machine.

Complementary snacks in the room and a mini-bar refill every day. The hotel is located close to the train station, which was very convenient for us. The view from the rooftop was amazing.

The soundproofing was poor, and we could hear the traffic from the street all night. The cleaning staff was quite loud early in the morning, which was very disturbing.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok and had a fantastic experience at Romance Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One thing I really liked was the delicious and filling breakfast that was served in my room at the requested time. The hotel also had a beautiful rooftop swimming pool and open space, which was clean and provided a great view. Additionally, the location was convenient for both the airport and the BTS.

romance hotel sukhumvit 97 surpassed my expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, rooftop pool, and helpful staff. the breakfast buffet catered to a variety of tastes and the wifi was strong. a great value for money and i will definitely return.
