The breakfast was delicious and included in the price. The pool and gym facilities were exceptional, and we even had the pleasure of enjoying free live music in the lobby. The bellboy provided a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.

Really enjoyed the generous suite size and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and it was great that it was included with our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city and still enjoying a peaceful night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Phuket and was pleased with the luxurious amenities provided. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding and the Full body massage was heavenly. The outdoor swimming pool was a relaxing oasis, complete with a sun terrace where I could catch some rays. The Restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

The only minor issue that I encountered was with the service in the Bar/Lounge area, which was a bit slow. However, this was quickly resolved when I mentioned it to the staff.
