The pool area looks a little sparse in places, could use more loungers, tables, and chairs.

The place was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service, which helped save some cash. Plus, they had a nice view from the rooftop and a cool pool to escape the heat.

The room was dingy and smelly, which was not great for the price we paid. Every time we left the room, we had to wait for staff to let us back in because the key did not work properly.

The hotel itself was new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests. The Smart TV in the room was a great feature, allowing us to watch YouTube videos on a bigger screen. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. we had an excellent experience at The Smith House and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi.
