We had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. the staff at Rustic River Boutique were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always smiling and happy to help, even when we had a small issue with our headphones being left behind in the room. They promptly sent them on to our next destination, saving us a lot of stress. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. the air conditioning worked perfectly and the free water each day was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to shops and pickups, and a nearby Tesco for snacks.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging at first. 🚩

Tucked near the river, delightful restaurants across the bridge to the right. Lovely beds, strong WiFi, and helpful staff made my work trip enjoyable. The breakfast was great too! Grab or Uber to Nimmanhemin or Old City for cheaper transportation.

The location is ideal, situated right next to a busy food market by the river. The warm northern hospitality of the staff adds to the overall charm of the place. The rooms, with their comfortable and spacious beds, provide a restful retreat after a day of exploring.

All was fantastic, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most things, such as the night bazaar and the local night market. It is also close to the Peng river and not far from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good size bathrooms. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations for food and activities. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the hotel offers facilities such as a kettle, fridge, hair dryer, and safe in the rooms.

The rooms might be on the smaller side if you prefer more space.

Additionally, it was not far from the city center, making it convenient to explore this city.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

We stayed here for Xmas and we got some free foods and drinks, which was a nice touch. the location was great, with easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they were always ready with recommendations for things to see and do.

The noise level was very high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was a lot of noise both at night and in the early morning.

The wooden furniture in the hotel attracted some mosquitoes in the lobby and stair areas. as there was no elevator, carrying big luggage up the stairs could be a bit challenging.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, clean rooms, great English spoken, amazing for the price.
