The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the old town and very close to the Sunday markets. The room was modern and spacious, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The pool area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The rooms were basic but clean, with all the necessities and were cleaned daily on request. The beds were nice and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The room decoration was simple and pleasant, and the AC and wifi worked perfectly. The location was excellent, with great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and street food in the old town. The room was cleaned daily upon request, and bottled water was provided. it was a great place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the Old Town area of Chiang Mai. The staff at Sathu Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. They even helped me book tours and activities. The bed was big and comfortable, a welcome change from the hard mattresses I've encountered elsewhere in Thailand. The complimentary breakfast, water, and snacks were a nice touch. I also appreciated the convenient location, with everything in the Old Town area within walking distance.
