The Secret Garden Beach Resort was an amazing value for the money. The room was clean and bright, and the location was perfect -- close to the airport, ferries, and away from the busy crowds of Chaweng. The staff treated us like family, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The staff goes above and beyond to assist guests, providing excellent service. The rooms are well decorated, modern, and very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can also relax by the pool and take advantage of the fast wifi and complimentary water.

One negative aspect mentioned by a previous guest is the noise from live bands, which might disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

We had an amazing time during our romantic getaway! the hotel is located right by the beach which made our stay even more special. Waking up to the sound of waves and walking hand in hand during sunset made our hearts flutter. the breakfast platter was fantastic with a mix of sweet and savory bites, but what really made us happy were the special menus offered every day, always a surprise! the staff was extremely welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed.

We were not too happy with the laundry service, as it was a bit more expensive than what we expected. while the location was perfect for us, the variety of restaurants outside the hotel was limited.

The location was great, with beautiful views across the beach from the dining areas and the comfort of eating and drinking with sand between our toes. The restaurant served some of the best Thai food we've ever tasted, and the live music on Sundays was a fantastic bonus. The massive, comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep.
