The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was included. the hotel was located near a beautiful park with great views of the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

the lack of options for dining near the hotel made it difficult to find a nice restaurant to enjoy a meal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was not too far from everywhere and it felt safe and quiet. It was just a 10-minute walk to the nearest MRT station, making it convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with simple and clean rooms that had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently and always going above and beyond to assist me. The hotel facilities were great, with a small but nice rooftop swimming pool that had tables and chairs for relaxation.

The hotel's proximity to the MRT and 7-eleven made it convenient for us to explore the area. we highly recommend this hotel for its pleasant ambiance, helpful staff, and enjoyable amenities.

The location was excellent, with the nearest metro station just a 5-minute walk away. This made it easy for us to explore not only Bangkok city center but also other areas in the city. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to decorate the bed for my parents' anniversary. The hotel also had a delicious coffee shop and a specialty chocolate shop, perfect for indulging in some treats.

One small downside was that the pool area was a bit small.

my recent stay at surestay collection by bw in bangkok was outstanding. the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the complimentary wifi provided a fast connection. everything exceeded my expectations, making this stay even better than my previous experience in bangkok.
