The location of the hotel is fantastic, being in the center of the city and right next to the central station. It is very convenient and close to everything you need, including a grocery store. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-presented, with a great view. The staff are helpful and offered tips on where to go.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par. There was a large brown mold growing in one corner and dirty marks on the skirting boards.

I had a fantastic stay at the Torre Galfa Milano Luxury Apartments | Una Esperienze in Milan. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the Central Train Station. The building and the room were luxurious and provided plenty of space for my family. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern. The reception personnel were helpful and made our check-in process easy. The view from the apartment was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby and a convenient Aldi across the road. The proximity to the metro station made it easy to explore central Milan.

The only minor drawbacks were the lack of essential items in the kitchen like coffee, tea, and basic condiments. It would have been nice to have those provided, especially for a luxury apartment.

The location of Torre Galfa Milano Luxury Apartments was perfect for exploring Milan, with Central Milan Station only a short walk away. I loved the convenience of having a supermarket right across the street for all my daily needs. The apartment itself was comfortable and felt like home, with a spacious bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The 15th-floor location meant that I hardly heard any street noise from the train station. it was a great stay!

There were a few drawbacks. The check-in process was a bit inconvenient, as I had to walk around the building from the train station and go down slippery stairs to the basement.

Convenient location, spacious apartment, easy access to taxis, great for families, nearby grocery stores, luxurious and modern facilities.

Stunning view from the 17th floor, making our stay jaw-droppingly memorable. Super clean and spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities like free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bed. Conveniently located just a short walk away from the central station, with easy access to various Milan districts. Would highly recommend for families and would definitely stay here again.

the apartment was incredibly modern, clean, and well-presented. We were blown away by the great view from our room. the location was excellent, with the train station and metro very near, making it easy to get around the city. We also appreciated having a small Aldi nearby for affordable groceries. the apartment was conveniently situated close to many popular areas of Milan, and the staff were super helpful, offering us tips on where to go.

check-in process confusing

I recently stayed at Torre Galfa Milano Luxury Apartments for a week-long vacation with my family. The modern apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the essential amenities for cooking, washing, and living comfortably. The shower and bathrooms had great water pressure, and the check-in staff, Ralph and his colleague, were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to be on a high floor, providing us with breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The location was convenient, being very close to Milan Central Station, and there was a large Aldi supermarket just 60 meters away. it was a fantastic experience!

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and breathtaking views. The reception personnel are helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout your stay. There are also convenient stores and restaurants located below the apartments, adding to the convenience. This is the perfect place to base yourself and explore the city.

It would be great if they could offer luggage storage facilities for guests who want to travel to other parts of Italy and return back after a week.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, making it a highlight of our stay. the proximity to supermarkets and the train/metro station was extremely convenient for our day trips and transportation needs. Plus, the staff was accessible via WhatsApp and quick to respond to any questions we had.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. the lack of kitchen items such as soup bowls was a letdown.
