We recently stayed at a resort in Koh Samui and had an amazing time. The staff at the resort, especially at Shasa Resort & Residences, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The swimming pools were clean and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the sun. The breakfast at the Beyond the Sea restaurant was delicious, and we found all the food there to be tasty. The spa was a lovely addition to our stay, and we indulged in some much-needed pampering. Our 2-bed apartment was awesome, offering plenty of space for our group. The resort's gardens were stunning, filled with beautiful flora and fauna. We also appreciated the option of catching a free shuttle into nearby Lamai or Chaweng for shopping, or renting a motorbike to explore the scenic surroundings. we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Shasa Resort & Residences to others.

Spacious rooms with separate area for children, a large balcony, laundry and dryer machines. Stunning view. Smart TVs in both salon and parents' room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel located away from crowded areas but still accessible with a car.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious and exclusive experience. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning and the sun loungers were very comfortable. The spa centre and sauna were amazing, providing me with an opportunity to indulge in relaxation. The BBQ facilities and poolside snack bar were a plus, giving me the option to enjoy delicious food while enjoying the view of the pool. The room was exceptional, with high-end amenities and private facilities that made me feel pampered. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the venue was an added bonus.

The only minor issue that I encountered during my stay here was that the location was a bit far from the main commercial areas. However, the hotel provided me with a shuttle service that helped me travel to the nearby beaches and tourist locations.

The resort is located in a quiet area, away from the busy city center, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The lagoon within the resort allows for refreshing swims in the sea. The spacious rooms have modern decor, fully fitted kitchens, and luxury bathrooms that add to the overall comfort of the stay.

There are limited dining options within the resort and it may be costly to go to any alternative restaurants.

The amenities and view were breathtaking. The pool was pristine and the gym was well-equipped. The hotel is located close to many attractions and restaurants in the area. the staff was friendly and provided great customer service.

The food served in the hotel restaurant was somewhat disappointing and the portions were small. , the wait time for food was somewhat long.

The spacious 3-bedroom apartment at Shasa Resort & Residences was beyond our expectations. The living area was enormous, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views. The fully stocked kitchen made it convenient for us to cook our own meals. The three different pools on the property were beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, except for one unfriendly front desk employee. The complimentary shuttle to Chaweng Beach was a convenient way to explore the area. Despite the lack of a proper beach, the private beachfront offered privacy and tranquility. I highly recommend this resort for families seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.
