Cleanliness was a major concern. we experienced a room that hadn’t been cleaned properly with debris left behind, and the first bathroom we had showed signs of neglect with dirt marks and hair. The public transport options nearby are limited, so having your own vehicle is almost necessary if you’re planning to explore more aggressively.

During my visit, I noticed significant cleanliness issues. To make matters worse, the room we moved to was not cleaned at all, with trash left and unmade beds. I expected much better from this hotel, especially given its reputation.

Location is perfect for central events. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, featuring ample hot options. There was also a neat pancake-making machine. The pool area, including the Jacuzzi, was relaxing. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and enjoyed a spacious room.

I was blown away by the amazing breakfast spread—so much variety and even a water bottle refilling station! The room was super clean and the comfy bed made me sleep like a baby.

The only thing we didn't like was the pool area. It was really tiny considering the size of the hotel. Also, the pool water was murky and filled with bugs, though the hot tub was crystal clear, so something must be going on with the pool's filtration system.

I was thrilled with the delicious free breakfast every morning! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring Phoenix. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful!

Comfortable room with great air conditioning. Wifi was slow at times.

but we had trouble with the water pressure in the shower. and the breakfast was amazing with fruit, pancakes, and two types of eggs. the room even had a fridge and microwave, which was really helpful. also, the staff were super friendly and accommodating!

the staff was very friendly, making us feel welcome. breakfast was quite impressive with a variety of options, and the pool area was very relaxing (perfect for unwinding! ). room had a great view too.

The room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. AC worked well, though it was a bit loud. Had a nice desk with a proper chair—such a relief compared to other places! The bathroom was a good size too, and everything was clean. The breakfast selection was varied and surprisingly tasty! The only downside was the carpet could use some cleaning, but other than that, it was a solid experience.

Wi-Fi was slow, but the flat-screen TV was great. Very clean rooms and 24-hour reception.
