The hotel's surrounding area was very quiet and lacked entertainment options during the Christmas period. the hotel room was a bit run down and in need of maintenance.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and ponds, creating a peaceful and natural atmosphere. The villas offer the best privacy, allowing guests to relax and unwind. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent facilities such as outdoor showers and jacuzzis. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant is delicious, and the staff is attentive and caters to individual preferences. Plus, the resort is conveniently located near the beach and Phraya Nakhon cave, making it a worthwhile destination for nature lovers.

Some employees could benefit from more regular training to improve their professionalism and level of guest engagement.

Loved the upgraded deluxe Villa with a private pool. The breakfast spread had a spectacular variety of hot dishes and Curry's. Free mountain bike rental was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite some areas needing renovation, we would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again. I highly recommend it.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel provided me with a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace with a beautiful garden area, made it feel like a paradise. the Spa & wellness centre was also exceptional, with amazing full body, foot, back and head massages. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with special diet menus available.

While this hotel was overall fantastic, my only minor issue was that the beach access was a bit limited. the pool with a view was so incredible that I didn't miss the beach as much.
