The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping was excellent and ensured a clean and tidy room throughout our stay. We had access to the pool and spa facilities on the morning of our arrival, which was a wonderful way to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and amenities.

The new year celebration here was not that bad. The hotel served complimentary drinks and snacks during the countdown to midnight, which was great. , the hotel's location was quite convenient as it was near to a major shopping mall and several local restaurants. Lastly, the hotel had a decent gym that I could use to stay fit during my stay.

I had a great stay at Excelsior Hotel & Spa. The hotel offers exceptional value with large and comfy rooms. The pool area is pleasant and the fitness center is impressive. The staff are attentive and the hotel provides Wi-Fi everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
