the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the hostel was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. the location is perfect, right next to the Ratchathewi station of the BTS Skytrain. There are plenty of cheap food stands, cafes, and restaurants nearby. the dorms and toilets are clean, and there is a big kitchen and common area with all the amenities you need. the beds are comfortable, and there's free breakfast and snacks available 24/7.

My favorite part was definitely climbing up three flights of stairs to my bed in the dormitory. And who doesn't love weak water pressure and having to pay for towels? So delightful!

Having to take the stairs because there was no lift. Such a shame, I always enjoy a good workout while lugging my baggage around.

The location was perfect, close to a train station and shopping heaven. The front desk was accommodating, giving great recommendations. Halal food was easily accessible. Clean toilets and rooms.

One unique feature was the ability to set your own password to access the room. It was a small touch that made a big difference. We had an amazing stay at this newly started hostel in South East Asia. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the metro BTS, making it easy to reach all the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and passionate about their job, always serving with a smile. The front desk staff were particularly helpful, providing recommendations for the best spots to visit and even teaching us Thai words. The hostel was exceptionally clean, from the front door to the bathrooms and bedrooms. The lounge area was comfortable and a great space to hangout and make friends. The breakfast provided was nutritious and the kitchen was well-furnished. a great experience.

There was a slight issue with some guests not following the rules regarding noise and scents in the rooms. Some first-time hostel users didn't realize they should use headphones instead of playing music out loud in their capsules.
