I just had my second stay at this hotel and I really love it. the receptionists at Siam Swana are excellent English speakers and the sanitation staff are incredibly polite and professional. the location is wonderful, as it is near the MRT station and shopping malls. the hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. They even changed all the pillows since my last stay, so everything was perfect this time. I also enjoyed the convenience of the BTS train station being just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the attached small Japanese restaurant is also a great spot with delicious food and a 10% discount for hotel guests.

Great location near Ratchathewi BTS station. Easy access to restaurants, street food, and a 7-11. Affordable price for a spacious two-bedroom suite with attached bathrooms and a living room.

One situation that happened to us was the absence of a lift. Although there were staff members available to assist with carrying luggage, it was tiring to climb up to the third floor after a long day of shopping and walking.

The hotel was just a short walk away from the BTS Ratchathewi station, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The pool at the hotel was in an awkward location near the parking space, which made it less appealing for us to use.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. the location was convenient as it was near the train station and it was easy to travel to nearby shopping centers. the staff was friendly and provided good service.

There was no lift or elevator available which made carrying my luggage up to my room quite difficult. the pool looked dirty and unappealing.

Siam Swana exceeded my expectations in terms of facilities and service. the highlight of my stay was the fantastic swimming pool, which my kids absolutely loved. the staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was delicious. the hotel's location was perfect for a family stay, as it was not crowded and there were plenty of shopping markets nearby. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the beds were very cozy.
