Perfect location! The hotel is situated in a beautiful and convenient area, close to the main attractions and within walking distance to the city center. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home. The free wifi was a bonus, and it worked really well during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast, although not extraordinary, was tasty and offered some variety.

The lack of an elevator. Our room was on the second floor, and carrying our luggage up the stairs was a bit inconvenient.

Worn-out room.

The hotel is located in the historic Podol district of Kyiv, which is a very nice upscale area of the city. The location is great, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, with big windows that let in lots of natural light.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.

This hotel is ideally located next to the city center, just a stone's throw away from the famous St Andrew's Church. It is conveniently situated near the closest subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventure. The staff is friendly and fluent in English, offering exceptional service. The breakfast is tasty and varied, ensuring a good start to the day.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which can be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

Not obvious to find

We loved the convenient location near coffee places, restaurants, galleries, and the subway. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, we were thrilled to find karaoke and casinos nearby, perfect for our entertainment preferences.

Loved spending Thanksgiving at a cozy hotel in the heart of the city. the location was perfect for exploring the historic district and trying out the local restaurants. I also appreciated the fact that the room provided free water and a hair dryer, it made packing much easier. Another plus was the helpful receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

That some of the taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel, but that didn't dampen the overall positive experience. during check-out, we were surprised to learn that cash was required for items from the minibar.

Great location in old town, easy walk to Maidan. Clean hotel, wide range of local breakfast options including meat and cheese. Easy bus access. Plenty of hot water, good room heating.
