During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of the hotel. On one side is the restaurant where we ate breakfast, looking out to the sea. The view was breathtaking and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the place. Another bonus was that the hotel was just across the road from an amazing beach, where we spent many hours soaking up the sun. Additionally, the room we stayed in was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making our experience even more pleasant.

The only downside we encountered was the low water pressure in the bathroom. But, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact our overall stay.

I had a lovely stay at Smile House and would choose it again if visiting Koh Samui. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with the gardeners doing a brilliant job of keeping everything perfect. All the public areas, including the pool, restaurant, and beach, were well-tended and maintained. Contrary to previous reports, I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. I would definitely return to Smile House if I were to visit Koh Samui again. I recently stayed at Smile House - Sha Extra Plus and had a wonderful experience. The individual traditional Thai styled bungalows nestled among lush vegetation were simply sublime. I loved the small verandah with a cooling overhead fan, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The hotel is very well managed, with fresh towels provided frequently and rooms made up daily, making me feel truly welcomed.

We loved the wooden bungalows and well-maintained gardens, with two pools providing quiet spots to relax. The restaurant had a great variety, including a pizza oven and delicious grilled fish/lobster. The open kitchen concept was also a nice touch. The owner runs a tight ship, and the staff are attentive and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and the noise is not noticeable, providing privacy and relaxation. The hotel offers two pools, including a children's pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as towels for the pool. The staff is very kind and always smiling, offering excellent service. Breakfast is included in the price at the restaurant across the street, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Additionally, you can get a 15% discount for additional meals at the restaurant.

The hotel is nestled in lush gardens, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with efficient air conditioning and terraces that offered stunning views of the tropical gardens. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linens and plenty of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had an amazing view and offered a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. the hotel provided everything that I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The basic amenities were provided, and I particularly enjoyed having a small balcony/terrace with an overhead fan. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was pretty good, although it would have been nice to have espresso/cappuccino and fresh juice. this hotel offered great value for money and provided an authentic Thai experience that was among the best I've had while in Thailand.

Complementary welcome drink and beautiful surroundings close to the beach. Being close to restaurants and nightlife was convenient. the hotel also had a lovely pool.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, and there was a bug problem. the staff were not friendly or welcoming and didn't provide enough information.

The villa we stayed in was immaculate and cozy, with a beautiful garden view. The staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us. The delicious breakfast spread in a lovely setting was a great start to the day. Plus, the location was fantastic, close to restaurants and shops, and not too far from the beach.

We would have preferred to have more comfortable seating options in the villa. The Thai style seats were uncomfortable and inconvenient for watching TV.
