A Fantastic Stay

We recently celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and made to feel special throughout our stay. The Milesime club offered impeccable service with a great variety of drinks and delicious canapes. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. We were so impressed with our anniversary celebration and the attention to detail by the staff. we would highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion or memorable stay.

Exceptional Service and Personalized Attention

During my recent stay at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, I experienced exceptional service and personalized attention from the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The hotel provided complimentary welcome drinks and chocolate to our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was great, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the rooftop pool had an amazing view and was a great spot to relax.

Our room was very noisy due to street traffic and construction outside. the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns and didn't seem very helpful overall.

Excellent service, clean rooms, convenient location, great food options nearby. Spoiler: Breathtaking views, easy transportation access. Rooftop bar and room service top-notch. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and Skytrain stations. The staff were exceptional, remembering our names and providing top-notch service.

The breakfast option could have been better.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view from the 24th floor. The staff was helpful and always ready to assist. The spa was amazing, especially the full body massage by Anna. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in comparison to other hotels. The hotel's gym facility was fantastic, providing a great workout experience. The thoughtful gesture of offering chamomile tea for better sleep was appreciated.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a festive atmosphere. the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options and they even prepared special dishes upon request. the location was very convenient, with a nearby MRT station and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the swimming pool was a great place to relax and the turn down service was a nice touch.

The acoustic insulation was not great, as we could hear noise from outside and neighboring events. It would have been nice to have more vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet.

Great location, within walking distance to a popular mall and close to the railway. the hotel's pool was very relaxing and the sky bar had stunning views of the city at night. the breakfast spread was a treat, offering a variety of Thai and Western options.

The hotel fell short of its claimed 5-star luxury status. the room had maintenance issues, such as missing descriptive panels on the aircon control and cracked tiles in the shower.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Skytrain, shopping, and entertainment. The breakfast offered a high quality with a wide variety of options. The staff were attentive and made our 30th wedding anniversary special. The Club was a great place to socialize and enjoy a cocktail before a night out. The room was spacious and comfortable, with quality fittings. The concierge was helpful in directing me to the boat for a night cruise. The pool area was nice and the lobby with the bar and coffee shop was great. Efficient breakfast service and I appreciated the shoe shine service.

The bed at Sofitel Bangkok was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We had a great night's sleep! The breakfast selection was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok.
