I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit, which was perfect for my business trip. The location was great, as it was not far from the new park and close to the conference center. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a stunning view of the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Our Christmas vacation was truly amazing! The hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to explore all the attractions with ease. The hotel staff were always friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks that were offered during our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we were able to take amazing photos of the city skyline.

The elevators stopped a few times, which was a bit worrying. We had to re-insert our room key to get them going again.

The staff at Shama were incredibly accommodating when our group arrived early. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a room ready for us to freshen up and rest after a long journey. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room in Tower A was stunning. The location was fantastic, with easy access to malls and the BTS. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.

Clean and cosy hotel with free tuk-tuk shuttle to Sukhumvit road. The Coffee Club restaurant is a favorite. Convenient location with shops and massage parlors nearby. Friendly staff and daily housekeeping.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff here were exceptionally helpful, providing us with the best customer service we have experienced across our trip in Thailand. From the doorman to the concierge, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was very spacious, with great amenities including a washing machine, ironing facilities, a balcony with lovely views, and free Wi-Fi. The facilities were fantastic, especially the heavenly warm pool which was perfect for lounging around and watching the sunset.

While there were a few minor issues with the hotel, such as some of the equipment in the gym being outdated, we would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. This hotel was located in a very nice area, between two MRT stations and with easy access to the overground train station.

The hotel staff were polite, efficient, and friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. The hotel had great facilities including a large swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and indoor driving range. The free shuttle service to the nearest BTS station was convenient.

Our stay at Shama was fantastic! The 2-bedroom suite was incredible value for money and made our few days in Bangkok really enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Patty the Guest Services Manager and Beauty on the front desk. The view from the top floor was spectacular, with breathtaking views of the river, park, and city. The self-contained unit with a lounge was very handy, and the convenience stores and supermarket nearby made it easy to stock up on essentials. The restaurant downstairs served fantastic food, and the massage shops just outside the hotel were a bonus.

I can recommend this hotel.
