We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the city centre. the cleanliness and facilities were excellent.

Pleasant reception upon arrival. Early check-in provided without any issues. Spacious, cozy room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Kids enjoyed their stay. Food was superb. Hotel staff accommodating and friendly. Beautifully maintained property with cute balcony overlooking gardens. Convenient location, close to city centre and war memorial. Impressive renovation of rooms and facilities. Good quality sheets. Would definitely return.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s at a convenient location, just a short stroll from a huge shopping mall. The room was comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar and air conditioning. The staff was very accommodating, especially the bell staff who were very helpful with my luggage. I was pleasantly surprised with the champagne and card left in my room by the attentive staff. The breakfast served as part of the tariff was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

We spent Christmas in a heritage hotel that transported us back in time. the elegant and peaceful atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. We appreciated the two pleasant surprises in our room upon arrival. the location was ideal, a short walk from shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the lush garden view from our room.

Our experience was dampened by a series of issues. We had to change rooms three times due to dirty and inadequate rooms and a fire hazard.

The staff were professional and informative. Facilities had an old world feel. Dinner was delicious. Great variety for breakfast. Fantastic location.
