Stayed here for leisure, stayed four nights. Excellent location opposite Central mall, with spacious, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, especially M from concierge, Fay from Housekeeping, and Mr White from reception. Free shuttle service to popular spots, nice pool and water slides. Generous late check-out until 2pm, free room upgrade to a higher category. Great service, will definitely return.

They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. the room was newly furnished and immaculately clean. the rooftop pool, although small, offered panoramic views of the city and was a great spot to unwind and soak up the sunshine. the concierge and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

While the overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been more thorough, with some overlooked areas such as under the rug and dusty floors.

The design and service were impeccable, and the rooftop pool was fantastic for my kids. the modern rooms and great staff enhanced our relaxation, while the nearby landmarks like Mike Shopping Mall and Pattaya Night Walking Street added to our family bonding experience. a delightful stay.

One evening, the air conditioner in my room stopped working. However, the staff noticed quickly and promptly fixed the issue within just 10 minutes.
