The facilities are exceptional, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and clean shower rooms. There is even a laundry service available. Families with children will appreciate the terrace with a garden view, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely safe and comfortable at this albergue. The location was excellent, with a cable car that offered stunning views for just 3 euros. The hostel was clean and modern, with spacious rooms and a beautiful balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, such as helping retrieve a misplaced bag. The shared space was welcoming, with a good sitting room and kitchen that had great cooking facilities. this albergue exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The room I stayed in was lovely, clean, and modern, with a spacious balcony. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained and there were plenty of toilets and showers available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. it was a peaceful and quiet place to stay, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work.

I did notice that there was no night manager on-site, which could be a slight inconvenience in case of any immediate issues or concerns.

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer for guests to use. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

It would be more convenient if the restaurant across the courtyard had longer opening hours, as it closes quite early in the evening.

the location was perfect, as I could easily explore the city and enjoy the stunning view of the ocean, city, and surrounding hills from the terrace. the hostel was modern and clean, and I was impressed by the large shower area and the opportunity to relax on the balcony. towels were provided, and the atmosphere created by fellow travelers on the Camino was incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hostel.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the hostel in Santa Luzia. the staff was friendly, the location was unique and up in the hills, offering a stunning sunset view from the monumentum. We enjoyed the serene and peaceful atmosphere, with a lovely courtyard and spacious balcony where we could relax. the hostel was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and well-equipped facilities including a kitchen and laundry. We especially loved the proximity to the Basilica, allowing us to be the first ones there in the morning and enjoy the best view in the city.
