I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right on the beach in Koh Samui. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and have direct access to the beautiful beach. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed, from room service to car hire. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surroundings. I also appreciated the extra touches like the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. the resort is located in a central area of Chaweng, making it easy to walk around and explore. the beachfront location is the best part, with beautiful sand and crystal-clear water. the hotel has two lovely pools, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We can't wait to come back and stay at Synergy again!

Great beach location and lovely pool area with good food and drinks options. the hotel was also close to fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The room was cramped and poorly maintained, with a slippery and small bathroom that lacked storage space. the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Located on the quieter end of Chaweng but still very near to everything, this hotel offers a peaceful stay while being conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms that include sunken baths. The friendly staff make sure guests feel welcome and offer a range of spa treatments. In terms of facilities, the hotel has private plunge pools and a beachside pool with a swim-up bar. The white sand beach is right on the doorstep, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

The breakfast options could be more varied and of better quality.
