I had the most incredible stay at Tao Thong Villa 2 in Koh Tao! The views from my balcony were absolutely stunning, with a beautiful bay right in front of me. It was the perfect place for a backpacker like me to get away from it all.

Although the room was not very new, it had everything I needed. The mosquito nets above the bed and in the windows and door kept me protected, and the bed, although a bit hard, was alright.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with mosquito nets on the windows. The fast Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise, perfect for remote working. The food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable, and the hosts were lovely. It's a hidden gem away from the crowds, but still accessible by scooter or a scenic walk along the coast. I highly recommend this place for nature lovers in good physical shape.

Spent Christmas at a villa in Koh Tao and it was quite affordable for the area. Loved the private atmosphere and beautiful beach. Snorkelling was one of the best things here; saw so many beautiful fishes and coral. the highlight of this trip was watching the sunset, it was simply breathtaking.

But, the location was quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go out in town. the roads leading up to the villa were steep and in bad condition, making it quite troublesome to reach.
