The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient for exploring nearby bars and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel provided breakfast boxes for early departures, which was very considerate.

The service at the hotel was not up to par. Some of the staff members seemed forgetful and struggled to handle requests.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions and a short walk to a great spa. Another advantage was the surprise upgrade we received at check-in, it made our romantic escape even more special.

The reception staff seemed untrained and under pressure, which resulted in several mistakes during our stay. They even swiped our card five times during check-out, thinking it wasn't working when it was actually an issue with their system.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything in the old city. The staff were friendly and seemed earnestly eager to assist. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds and hot showers. The hotel had a nice design and aesthetic, and the large rooms and bathrooms had good water pressure.

The staff were not particularly helpful, and the service could have been better. They arranged an airport taxi for us, but were less welcoming, without smiles on their faces.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The hotel is located in the downtown area, but despite that, it is very quiet. The staff was amazing, going out of their way to assist us with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry. They also provided a shuttle service and offered tours and tickets assistance. The room was fantastic, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, balcony, terrace and an in-room safe. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The leisure facilities were also top-notch, with a swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, saltwater pool, sun terrace and heated swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel has free Wi-Fi, free parking and luggage storage. We highly recommend this place to anyone!

Our room was beautifully designed with a stylish bathroom. Though we experienced an unpleasant sewage smell, the hotel maintenance team promptly came to assist and did their best to remedy the issue. The location was great, close to many attractions. I would recommend Thai Akara - Lanna Boutique for a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, tucked away for a peaceful atmosphere but still close enough to explore everything in the city. The design of the hotel was impressive, making it feel like a high-end hotel. The breakfast selection was delicious and had both international and Thai options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Chiang Mai.

The hotel, tucked away down an alley in the heart of the old city, was in a fantastic location for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were happy to organise transfers and connect me with tour operators. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch.

The room was spacious and decorated beautifully. It was great to open the windows in the morning and enjoy the view from the balcony. The hotel offered a variety of complementary snacks and beverages which was a nice touch. Location was perfect and was central to everything we wanted to do.

There were also no options on the grounds to purchase alcoholic beverages which we had hoped for after a long day of exploring the city.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they accommodated our vegetarian breakfast request. The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, with easy access to everything, especially the Sunday walking street. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, making it a great location for exploring.
