The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the nearby shopping malls and attractions. I also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle bus service to Siam Paragon and Central World, which made exploring the city even more convenient. the hotel had two pools, one in each tower, which was a great way to relax and cool off after a day of sightseeing.

The condition of the room. the lock on the door was faulty, and the showerhead didn't work properly.

The spacious rooms are well-maintained, some even offering excellent views of the skyline. Housekeeping is efficient, and breakfast is varied, though not exceptional. Some rooms have separate bathtubs and dressing areas. Free shuttle vans are also provided for guests.

It is within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C, and Central World, making it perfect for avid shoppers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is extensive, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The cleaners seem to only refresh the towels and toiletpaper, neglecting to properly clean the room and bathroom.

We were beyond impressed with our stay at Berkeley Hotel Pratunam - Sha Extra Plus. The location was great and the buffet on Father's Day was more than reasonable at its price. K' Polchalerm Sawhong kindly helped us arrange a birthday surprise and was attentive to our table, making us feel special. The staff were polite and friendly, and there was even a night market below our hotel. We will definitely visit again! I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a short getaway and were blown away by the luxurious amenities. The spacious room was beautifully designed and the private facilities were exclusive and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of international cuisine and the staff were attentive and took initiative to clear used plates. The outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were the perfect places to unwind and relax after exploring the nearby malls and markets.

The pricing of the in-house massage and spa centre was quite costly, however, this was easily remedied by the affordable and easily accessible massage parlours within the hotel's premises. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience at this venue was memorable and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.
