I found great value for my money at Charm Resort Phuket - Sha Certified. The room was clean, spacious, and had two balconies, one with a jacuzzi hottub. The location was perfect, with the beach right across the street and plenty of shops and street food nearby. The staff was friendly and treated us with kindness throughout our stay.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The room was above expectation and the location was great, walking distance to Patong Beach and shops/restaurants. Despite a fire alarm incident, the staff quickly resolved it and the service was otherwise great. we recommend Charm Resort.

This was my second stay at The Charm Resort and I already can't wait to go back. As a young couple, the location is perfect - just a short walk from the bustling nightlife of Patong but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms are incredibly luxurious and spacious, with a small kitchen and a beautiful balcony with a hot tub. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax and watch the sunset, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong.

The hotel provided us with complementary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. the location was ideal, right across the street from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. we enjoyed a stunning view from the rooftop pool.

There was a strong unpleasant smell both outside of the hotel and on the street leading up to it, which was not very pleasant. the breakfast buffet was very expensive and the juices were not fresh.

The Charm Resort exceeded our expectations with its super clean and pretty 2 bedroom suite. The staffs were extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Patong Beach and just a few minutes away from the bustling Bangla Rd. The resort's proximity to the airport made the ride worth it.
