We had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel in Koh Samui. The ambiance and design of the hotel were top-notch, with light and spacious rooms that had a lovely seating area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, and we also rented a scooter from the hotel, which was convenient. The pool was perfect for swimming, and there were plenty of sunbeds for relaxation. The employees were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beach, although not the prettiest, was still enjoyable. We also appreciated the option to rent motorbikes directly from the hotel and the nearby self-laundry facility. The minor inconvenience of the occasional odor from the sewers in the middle of the night did not overshadow our overall positive experience.

The breakfast selection was great with a variety of tasty food to choose from. the hotel room was spacious, and the bathroom had a nice rain shower. the pool was refreshing and offered plenty of sunbeds to relax on. the staff was helpful and kind, providing us with useful information about activities in the area.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with stains on the upholstered furniture, and the floor of our room was not very clean. the location was not ideal as planes were constantly landing and the sound was bothersome.

This beachfront hotel offers a prime location, overlooking the beautiful beach and just a stone's throw away from the piers for easy ferry access. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect vacation setting. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and special, offering complimentary gestures and accommodating requests, such as late checkouts. The infinity pool and Hawaiian-themed bar/restaurant add to the unique experience.

The construction noise from the nearby area was occasionally disruptive in the mornings.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at U Samui in Bang Rak Beach. The hotel is beautiful and feels brand new. The decor, pool, and rooms were all top-notch. The highlight for me was the private beach with its stunning sunset views. The staff was exceptional, especially Waen and Kang, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel also offers great perks like happy hour and discounts on food. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled with the accessibility to the beautiful beach, and the sun terrace was a perfect spot for relaxation. the staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service that made my stay feel special. the room advantages were impressive with gorgeous private facilities and outdoor swimming pool. the restaurant offered special diet menus and the bar/lounge area had an extensive selection of drinks to choose from.

The only minor issue I encountered was the price. I felt it was slightly expensive compared to other hotels with similar amenities in the area.

Outstanding breakfast variety, including cheese and salmon eggs benedict. Private pool in accommodation exceeded expectations. Small treats of cupcakes and cookies daily. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Nanny at reception. Recommended for a luxury stay.

Absolutely fabulous stay. We were in the lower level pool villa with beachfront access. Perfect to have a small pool to ourselves. Quiet part of the island, essentially having the beach to ourselves. Cute swing attached to a palm tree in front of the villa. Lovely room with Queen bed, TV with YouTube, bamboo and wooden furniture, and modern bathroom. Brilliant room service and app covering every need. Main pool always empty. Lovely security guard. Brilliant breakfast with a range of cuisine. Restaurants, shops, and 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby. Highly recommended.

The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to assist me with my forgotten laptop charger at the airport. Check-in was the best I've experienced in Thai five-star hotels. The hotel is brand new, with beautiful decor and a stunning infinity pool. The beach, though not the prettiest, still offers a nice view. The hotel provided discounts for food and drinks, and I received an upgrade and a voucher upon arrival. a beautiful, relaxed luxury hotel with friendly staff.
