The hotel is impeccably clean, with modern facilities and a convenient location in the Chiang Mai area. The free shuttle to the night markets and the street food market just a five-minute walk away were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious choices.

Conveniently located near the night market and a synagogue. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds and a variety of complimentary snacks. Friendly and attentive staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. There is a beautiful piano player in the lobby and a wonderful outdoor pool with a bar and restaurant. a fantastic luxury property worth every penny.

The service at Empress Premier exceeded our expectations! The staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon special, upgrading our room and leaving us complimentary treats each night. We were also impressed by the beautiful outdoor pool and delicious breakfast options. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the night markets. It is not in the city center, but it is still conveniently located and within walking distance of busy areas. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with traditional Thai decor. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to make guests feel special. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit, cold plates, and delicious dim sum. The facilities, such as the gym and pool, are top-notch and well-maintained.

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the complimentary goodies offered by the hotel, including a welcome bag of snacks and drinks and a surprise bag of treats left in my room. the hotel's location, while not in the center of town, was easily accessible and convenient for travel around the area. I enjoyed the elegant and comfortable room accommodations provided.

While the hotel's amenities were impressive, I found the lack of warmth and coziness in the public areas to be disappointing.

We loved the welcoming and professional staff who made us feel like royalty. The hotel is new, comfortable, and well-maintained with high-quality amenities. The touch panel on the nightstand allowed us to easily adjust the lights, air conditioning, and maid service. The hotel was quiet and provided a restful stay with blackout shades on the windows. The complimentary airport service, snacks, fruits, gala dinner, and shuttle service to the night market were all added bonuses. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and they even placed a flower on our bed each day. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. a beautiful hotel with outstanding service.

Felt lucky, no reason to complain.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious and indulgent. The spacious studio room was equipped with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. The bathroom was sleek and modern with a large shower cubicle and bath. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always willing to go above and beyond for their guests. This hotel was in the perfect location too, just a short walk away from the Old Town and night market.

While our stay was mostly perfect, we did have a minor issue with the plastic waste in the breakfast area. The fruit was placed in separate plastic containers which created unnecessary waste.

One small inconvenience was that the pool was a bit cold, but it was still enjoyable. the only other issue was that the shower could have been a little hotter, but it was still comfortable enough.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff greeted us by name upon arrival and went out of their way to make our anniversary stay special. They upgraded our room without request and even had a beautiful bouquet of roses waiting for us. The room was well-appointed and had modern amenities. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent. The staff truly made us feel special and we will definitely be returning.
