This hotel is a haven of exclusiveness and comfort. the private facilities are top notch, including an indoor pool, spa and fitness center. the room advantages are certainly worth mentioning, as I was treated to a spacious suite fitted with the highest-quality materials, plush linens and a breathtaking view. the service was impeccable, with prompt and attentive staff at every turn.

While the room service was excellent, it would have been nice to have more dining choices available within the hotel itself.

The location of this apartment hotel is fantastic, right across the street from the park and just a 10 to 15-minute walk to all the major London attractions. It's also in a great neighborhood, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. The facilities are well-maintained, with modern amenities and a lovely terrace to enjoy the views.

We had a great Easter break in a cozy and relaxing apartment. the apartment was really spacious and well equipped, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. We were happy to be just a stone's throw away from some of the city's best museums and parks, which made for some great days out. the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and were always on hand to offer assistance.

The location was quite nice, but it did take us a good 10-15 minute walk to reach the nearest tube station, which wasn't ideal. Finally, while the apartment was pretty soundproof, some construction work outside woke us up early in the morning on a few occasions.
