I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city but tucked away in a quiet street. I loved being able to explore Phuket Town on one of the hotel's bicycles. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke great English, always willing to help with any request. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful and clean pool and taking advantage of the free pool towels. the service and facilities provided enhanced my comfort and made my stay truly luxurious.

I can't think of any negative aspects about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was also convenient for those planning to visit nearby islands, as it was close to the pier. The staff at the hotel, particularly Natty and Boy, were incredibly helpful and spoke good English. Boy gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, including an exceptional Pad Thai place just a short walk from the hotel. this was definitely the best hotel I stayed at during my 2-week trip in Thailand.
