Amazing pool access from the spacious, mind-blowing rooms with excellent facilities. Super friendly staff, except for one receptionist who lacked a smile. However, the helpful guy who booked our tour made up for it. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The wonderful staff took great care of us, from the cool towels and welcome drinks on arrival to storing our bags and letting us use the facilities on our departure. The immaculate gardens and walkways were a joy to explore. Great location with mini marts, massage shops, and restaurants just a few minutes away. The stay was absolutely jaw-dropping, with beautiful pool rooms that were worth every penny.

I recently stayed at a resort in Kata Beach and had a fantastic experience at Palmery Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The swim up pool was absolutely amazing, and we were lucky to have it mostly to ourselves during the low season. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with strong air conditioning that kept us cool throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with a shuttle service available. the resort had great facilities and a wonderful view of the pool.
